Problem:
A new member of our staff will need to use the NC State Remedy
system. What information is needed to get them setup for Remedy,
and to who do I make the request?
Solution:
The following information is needed to setup a new Remedy user:
- Full name
- Unity/EOS or NDS login (Remedy login will be the same)
- Department
- Position
- Work phone number
- Preferred email address (for Remedy notifications, etc.)
- Default Remedy workgroup
- Additional Remedy workgroups that user is to be a member of (optional)
To make the request, visit the Remedy Project web page at:
http://remedy.ncsu.edu/project
and select the "Request Services" link.
Or, you can send an email message to:
remedy@help.ncsu.edu
or you can create a call within Remedy, and assign it to the REMEDY
workgroup.
A member of the REMEDY workgroup will complete the request,
and notify you via email.
