Problem: Where do I set my login password in the Remedy system? Solution: 1. From the "File" menu, choose "Open" then "User". 2. Enter your Remedy user name under "Login Name" and press "Search". or Press the "Find Me" button in the upper-right part of the window. 3. In the display of your information, enter a password and press the "Save" button. 4. Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Login..." and login with your new password. Your previous credentials are invalid, so Remedy won't let you do anything interesting until you log in again. or... You can reset or sync your Remedy password with your Kerberos/NDS password by visiting the password reset page at: http://www.ncsu.edu/password Selecting the "Advanced" link will present you with a checkbox which will allow you to synchronize your Remedy password with your Kerberos/NDS password. |
